Do I have to pre-wash my products?

Yes, we recommend that you always wash your products before their first use. Either by hand or in the washing machine, with the rest of your clothes. Always use neutral soap, no bleach or fabric softeners and air dry or dry in the sun, avoid using a dryer.

How do I wash my products?

Soak them in cold water for 30 minutes to remove the blood. If it does not come off completely, you can use neutral soap and baking soda. Let them soak for a while longer and finally, wash them by hand or in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 40º C.

Once you have washed them, stretch them and let them air dry. Ideally, they should be able to dry in the sun.

Avoid putting them in the dryer as this may cause them to shrink or lose their absorbency properties.

How do I keep my product from shrinking?

Avoid using the dryer, not only because of shrinkage but also because it can affect the absorption power of the product.

How do I prevent my product from fading?

Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners and any other product other than neutral soap for washing.
