ECO WOMAN's RETURN POLICY 🌷Updated 6 months ago

Returns


All Ecowoman products come with a 30-day Sustainable Period Guarantee.

This means you can try your first products without any risk, and all other products that are in unused and in the same condition as received are returnable. 

Here's what you need to do to make sure your order is returnable:

Wash and try *one product* from your order. If you ordered a pack or more than one product, don't wash it all, or you won't be able to return the rest if they don't work for you at the end. 

Try it out! If you're not convinced, don't worry. Write us an email with the subject "return".

The process will start as follows:

1. You have to go to the Contact Form and tell us your order number, the service you are requesting (e.g.: product or size exchange, return) and the reason why you are requesting the return. You can return all or part of your order.

You will receive an email from our customer service. From here you will be told how to proceed with the return/exchange (IMPORTANT: Do not send anything until customer service tells you the return address).

Note: Ecowoman is not responsible for orders that are returned without a tracking number.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

The customer is responsible for covering any costs that returning the package to our warehouse may incur.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-10 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected] for the return address of the order.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
