To access, use the email used for the purchase and the order number (visible in the confirmation email you received after the purchase).

There you will immediately see the status of the order and, in case the order is ready or already shipped, you can easily click and follow all the updates from the courier as in the example below.

Processing time:

All orders are stored and shipped from our warehouse in Valencia. 

The average order processing time is 1 business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Holidays and vacations may affect shipping times.

When you receive your order confirmation you will be informed of the approximate delivery date. In the event that it is not in stock but it is anticipated that we will have it soon, we will inform you of such circumstance and should you proceed with the purchase the delivery date may vary attending to this circumstance.

Shipments:

Average delivery times are around 24-48 hours, once the order has been processed and dispatched. 

We cannot guarantee delivery times but we will do our best to ensure that the shipping companies meet these deadlines.

Delivery times to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are around 2-5 days once the order has been processed.

Shipping costs/company: 

To ship orders we use Correos Express and Correos. 

Shipping to Spain Peninsula: 3,99€ (Free from 60€).

Shipping to Balearic Islands: 5,99€ (Free from 100€).

Shipping to Canary Islands: 8,99€ (Free from 100€).
