HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE? 🔄Updated 8 months ago

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED YOUR ORDER AND WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:


You can always write us to chat or send an email to [email protected] so that we can help you choose before you make your purchase and avoid you having to manage an exchange. 


To make an exchange you do not need to place a new order. The exchange is managed with home collection at no additional cost. 


The order can only be exchanged if it has NOT been used. 


If you still received your product and you want to exchange it, please write to us at 


[email protected].


To manage your exchange, please provide us with this information in this order as part of our protocol:


 (All the requested data are REQUIRED to proceed with the exchange)


 Order number (7 digits) and email address used for the purchase.

    What would you like to receive?


 2. Tell us the address where you wish to receive the package.


 3. Tell us in detail the reason/reason for the exchange by answering the following:


  •     Did you choose according to the size chart?
  •     Did you choose according to our recommendation?
  •     Other (please tell us the reason)



➡️ In case you do not want the size change and want a return or an order change with shipping to the Canary Islands or Balearic Islands the management process is different and would include the cost of returning the product.


➡️ Please answer the requested data when you are available to receive the change, because once the change enters the system can not be canceled.


All exchanges are made within 30 days of receiving the order and the products must NOT have been used. 


IF YOU MADE A MISTAKE IN YOUR ORDER AND WISH TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:


Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the change you would like to make.


Normally, orders are processed automatically within a few minutes, so our customer support will verify that the order has started to be prepared or not. It depends on that we can manage your change.


If your order has not started to be prepared, we can help you with the exchange without any problems.


If your order is already prepared or packed, to manage your exchange, please provide us with this information in this order as part of our protocol:
