Where do you ship from?

All orders are stocked and shipped from our warehouse in Valencia.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed the next business day and on average orders are delivered within 24-72 hours on business days. Weekends and vacations may affect shipping times.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

When you receive your order confirmation you will be informed of the approximate delivery date. In the event that we are out of stock but expect to have it soon, we will inform you of this circumstance and if you continue with the purchase the delivery date may vary according to this circumstance.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking number. In case you have not received it, please contact Ecowoman Customer Service team at [email protected].

If you need to check the status of your order, you can do it in a few clicks. You will only need the tracking number to check it. Go to this link, Type your email/phone and order number, or only type your tracking number.

If your order has already been prepared and shipped out, you should have received an email, in which you will find your tracking number. This is usually sent 24H after the order has been placed.
To check where it is, copy your tracking number and paste it on the carrier's website.
If your order is going to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, paste your tracking number on the Correos website by clicking here.

Where do we deliver?

We cannot guarantee delivery times but we will do our best to ensure that the shipping companies meet these deadlines.
