Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?Updated 6 months ago

Once the order has been placed, it is possible that the delivery address can be updated, but this will depend entirely on the status of your order. 

Please contact us at this email: [email protected] to provide the new and complete delivery address.

The team will check if the modification is still possible: 

• If the order has not yet been prepared for shipment, we will update the delivery address as you have requested.
• If the order is already being prepared for shipment: Unfortunately, we will not be able to correct the delivery address at this time. In this case, we must wait for the delivery to be attempted and since the address is not correct, you will be able to change the address from the order tracking link provided (if you do not have a tracking link, please ask one of our customer service associates).
