Can I modify or cancel my order after I placed it?Updated 9 months ago

We are currently working to prepare your order with great care so that it arrives where you ordered it. We have received your order and it is being processed, as you can see in your order summary.

Please note that we cannot always guarantee cancellations or changes of delivery address or product.

We know you want to receive your Ecowoman product now! So once your order has been placed and the purchased products are in stock, we will begin the shipping process immediately. 

Unfortunately, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This may affect:

  • Addition or removal of items.
  • Change of color/size/model of items
  • Order cancellation request
  • Change of delivery address

To check if any change or cancellation is still possible you can contact us through our contact form, by sending an email to [email protected] or chat. If the order is not yet prepared, our team will process the cancellation/change as you request.

In case the team confirms that no cancellation/change can be applied to your order, please follow these steps:

For product exchanges/withdrawals, you will need to wait until you receive your order and initiate the return/exchange process.

For delivery address changes, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the package leaves our warehouse. At that time, you will be able to contact your local courier service to rearrange delivery details.
