How can I check the status of my order?Updated 7 months ago

If you need to check the status of your order, you can do it in a few clicks. You will only need the tracking number to check it. Go to this link, Type your email/phone and order number, or only type your tracking number.

  1. If your order has already been prepared and shipped out, you should have received an email, in which you will find your tracking number. This is usually sent 24H after the order has been placed.
  2. To check where it is, copy your tracking number and paste it on the carrier's website.
  3. If your order is going to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, paste your tracking number on the Correos website by clicking here.
  4. Once there, you will be able to find the details of when your order left the warehouse and all its movements.

Remember that all orders are delivered within 24/48h on the peninsula. Orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may take from 2 to 5 days to be delivered.
