All size exchanges at Ecowoman are FREE. Remember that you have 30 days from the date of delivery of the order to request it and that the product must not have been used.

The exchange is managed with home collection at no additional cost.

How should you proceed?

You only have to email us to [email protected] and provide us with the following information to help you:

1. Order number and the email with which you made the purchase.
2. Tell us the product you wish to return from your original order and the product you wish to receive instead. 
3. Confirm if you wish to receive it at the same address or at a different one. 
4. With this information, someone from our customer service team will contact you to manage the exchange and tell you the next steps.

In case you do not want to change the size/product and want a return or a change of order with shipping to the Canary Islands or Balearic Islands, the management process is different and would include the cost of returning the product.
