How to request an exchange or return step-by-stepUpdated an hour ago

All exchanges and returns are managed quickly through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

A) Size Exchanges

• You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request an exchange.
• The first size exchange is FREE. A second size exchange on the same order costs €4.90.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

B) First Purchase Guarantee

• If this is your first order, you can wash and try 1 single item during your cycle.
• If it doesn't meet your expectations, request a refund through the portal within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, you DO NOT need to return the used item—you keep it, and we refund its price.
• Packs: Try only 1 item. The remaining items in the pack must be returned unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached to receive a full pack refund.

C) Standard Return for Refund

• You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in re-sellable condition.
• Refunds are not accepted for orders that have already undergone a size or product exchange.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (the exact cost is displayed in the portal before confirmation).
