I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?Updated 9 months ago

You will soon fall madly in love with the wonderful sustainable product you have purchased. We want the shopping process to be pleasant and as easy as possible for you.

If you have provided a correct email address during the checkout process at, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and a summary of the products purchased, shortly after you have placed your order. To find it easily, look for the subject line that says "Order Confirmation".

Also, try looking in the spam and/or junk mail folder of your email account.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, there is usually an error in the email address provided. 

In any case, please contact us so that we can send the confirmation email to the correct email address as soon as possible.
