In order to help you and provide you with a solution for the incorrect product/size, or for an incomplete order, we ask that you write to us at this email, providing the following information:
- Order number
- Send us some photos showing the product you have received and clearly showing the size, as well as the label on the box.
- If in your case, the error is because the order is incomplete, verify that the photos show the quantity you received.
What we can do for you:
- In case the product you have chosen is in stock, we can send the replacement or the missing units in case it has arrived incomplete.
Of course, you will not be required to make any additional payment and we will be happy to deliver the correct item free of charge if necessary.
