Because orders are prepared very quickly in our warehouse, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has been placed.

• If your order has not entered preparation: Contact us immediately at [email protected] to request changes to products, sizes, or delivery address.

• If your order is already in preparation or shipped: We cannot cancel or edit the details in our system.

  • Address changes: You can manage address updates directly with the courier using the tracking link once the package is in transit.

  • Cancellations or item exchanges: You will need to wait to receive the package and submit a request through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
